Marilynn Winn is the co-founder and executive director of Women on the Rise, which works to reduce the number of women under correctional control in the state of Georgia. Through her work, Marilynn develops leaders and builds political power to wage campaigns and win abolitionist reforms to the criminal legal system all while demanding justice, dignity, and liberation for all.
