Haena Park (she/her)

Haena Park is a Director at Galaxy Gives. She has spearheaded the organization’s effort to build and innovate in the areas of strategy, evaluation, and learning.

Prior to joining Galaxy Gives, Haena worked as a research consultant focused on a wide range of justice-related topics such as the U.S. pretrial and bail systems and the opioid epidemic.

She previously spent nearly two decades in finance and investing, first in various derivatives structuring and trading roles at Morgan Stanley and Goldman Sachs and later as a managing director and portfolio manager in global macro investing at Fortress Investment Group.

Combining her pursuit of knowledge, her direct experience with the justice system, and her passion for transformative healing at all levels, she works to bring a systems-oriented interdisciplinary approach to Galaxy Gives’ philanthropic work. She holds a BA in psychology from Harvard University.
